Every project has to start with a plan to achieve a successful result. Sterett focuses on preplanning each phase of the job in order to achieve a positive outcome. We utilize lift planning software and auto cad to assist in the planning process. These tools also assist to illustrate to employees on the job site the many facets that must be considered when executing a lift. These plans are reviewed on site by our crew and the customer’s personnel in our job safety analysis before beginning work.
